Welcome to Shelvera support. Shelvera helps you organize folders, items, photos, and shared workspace information in a secure and user-friendly way. If something is not working as expected, we want to help you quickly.

Quick Help

Signing in

If you cannot sign in, first confirm your email and password are correct. If you recently created your account, complete the email confirmation step before trying again. If needed, use Forgot Password to reset your password.

Workspace access

Workspace features may depend on your current plan or account entitlements. If you do not see Workspace Access or invitation options, your plan or account may not currently support that feature.

Photos not appearing

When you upload photos, they may take a short time to process and refresh, especially on slower networks. Check your connection and reopen the item if needed.

Recently Deleted

Deleted folders and items may remain in Recently Deleted for a limited period before permanent removal. If an item still counts toward limits shortly after deletion, allow the app to refresh and try again.

Offline or sync issues

Some screens depend on a live connection. If the app shows cached information or cannot refresh, reconnect to Wi-Fi or cellular and try again.
